On November 7, the Department of Linguistics and Cognitive Science
and the student-run Linguistics Association of Delaware hosted the 5th
annual North East Computational Phonology workshop (NECPHON). The
workshop features presentations by graduate students and faculty in linguistics
and related fields from the programs in the Northeast. This
year, there were several presentations from these participating universities: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, New York University, Rutgers University, the University of
Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland -
College Park, and the University of Delaware. The program of the day's events is here.
